Before joining the Partnership in May 2015 as Executive Director, Veronica served as Senior Program Officer for the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), where she worked with neighborhood residents and civic leaders at all levels in Richmond and Petersburg in designing, funding and implementing strategies that create communities of choice. In her private life Veronica considers her family and faith as her priorities, and music is her absolute favorite pastime.

Heather Parrish joined the Partnership as Director of Development in January, 2015. Prior to joining the Partnership, Heather worked with World Pediatric Project (WPP), an organization which provides life-saving surgeries for children in third world countries. Before that, she worked for 8 years with Gateway Homes, which helps adults with mental illness return to school, work and independent living. Heather also taught elementary school for 15 years. Heather graduated from Virginia Tech with a BA in Elementary Education, and serves on the board of directors of Godwin High School Athletic Association.

Keyon has been taking care of the Northside Family Learning Center since it opened in 2010. He is responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of the Partnership for Families.

Angela brings over 10 years of experience as a receptionist for nonprofit organizations to the Partnership for Families. Prior to joining the Partnership, Angela worked at Senior Connections through their Title V Intern Program as an Employment Specialist, where she assisted her 55-and-older clients in their search for employment. Even before joining the team, Angela was very familiar with the Partnership. In her work at Senior Connections, Angela often referred her clients to the computer classes offered by The Partnership and conducted by our partner, Goodwill.

Christie Jones joined the Partnership team in April 2016. She brings over 10 years’ experience in Event and Hospitality Management, working various event venues such as: Charlotte Convention Center, Charlotte Coliseum, UNC Charlotte - Halton Arena, and Bank of America Stadium. Her role at the Partnership involves collaborating with staff while providing administrative and operational support.

Lyall is our part-time Data Analyst with a proven track record of successfully implementing quality solutions, supporting and upgrading database systems and implementing integrations between systems. He brings essential qualities to PFF with rich experiences in financial and control auditing, enterprise administration and business technologies. Lyall previously managed a merger of the financial operations at the United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg. Lyall is also Cofounder of IT4Causes a PFF Partner, a nonprofit focused on sustainable information technology solutions that enable other nonprofits to better serve their clients.
